Easy and fast deployment

Pierre Mazaud explains that they had two objectives in the search for a new management tool:

  • "To find a tool that performs well and evolves,
  • That was sufficiently intuitive for use by Chefs de cuisine."

For him, the installation was rather easy, and he was even pleasantly surprised at how quick it went. Deployment was gradual, with the help of an Adoria Project Manager.

According to Freddy Baudry, the main benefit is really the time savings:

  • "when goods are received, the BL are automatically integrated, in EDI; this enables credit note requests to be triggered automatically."
  • During inventories, it's much clearer: they just have the list of products that have been purchased during the month and in the previous stock. There are no unnecessary lines, and inventories are twice as fast.

Benefits of Adoria for the head office, according to Pierre Mazaud:

  • "The first is very selfish: to finally have a management tool that allows me to have a centralized management of food ratios."
  • The second concerns Chefs: "With Adoria, chefs save up to 4 hours a week on their administrative tasks". These 4 hours saved are devoted to culinary production.
