Adoria's integrated ecosystem
Ninkasi
  • Nicolas Cressens, Director of Operations

"For me, Adoria is about reliability in information feedback, ergonomics for teams and a evolutive solution to adapt to tomorrow's challenges."

  • Maxime Leva, Site Manager at Ninkasi.

Le Ninkasi, created in 1997 in Lyon, is a bar-restaurant and party venue concept that defends strong values of emergence, short circuits, and a mix of trades, audiences and styles.

NINKASI, a unique and original triptych: beer, burger and music.
"At Ninkasi, we brew much more than beer!
We create brewpubs, in warm and friendly living spaces, where quality comes first thanks to a perfect alchemy:
Beers from Ninkasi know-how, well guarded in our brewery by a passionate team,
A catering offer built around relationships of trust with our partner producers,
And the organization of entertainment in the establishments, where music gives rhythm to the days..."
The network now has 21 establishments.

Deployment support from an expert Foodservice Project Manager

Maxime Leva explains that during the solution testing phases, the Adoria Project Manager's response to their questions was very operational, and reflected a very good knowledge of the field and the restaurant business.

Site benefits: an easy-to-use, time-saving solution

  • According to Nicolas Cressens: "The first benefit of Adoria forusers is the ergonomics and ease of getting to grips".
This allows them to have learning and training times that are as short as possible. This is an undeniable advantage over the system they had previously.

  • Maxime Leva adds: "To enter a delivery note, we used to enter our entire order on the software, which could take 30 minutes, plus validation, which could take us around ten minutes.
Now, it's directly at reception of the order, when the goods are dropped off, that we can take the tablet, and we just have to validate the quantities (...). So it takes us less than 5 minutes."

Headquarters benefit: very fine steering of margins, and theoretical vs. actual differential

Nicolas Cressens adds: "The second benefit of Adoria is very fine-tuned management of our margins, since we can have right down to the product, the differential betweenwhat we should have consumed theoretically andwhat we actually consumed in the establishments."
