In 2021, the SIRHA show welcomed 2,116 exhibitors and brands, nearly 350 new products and innovations, for a total of 149,100 professionals from the entire sector. For the first time in the show's history, the President of the Republic came to support the professionals of the restaurant and catering industry. This 20th edition ended with France's victory at the Bocuse d'Or.

The SIRHA exhibition will welcome exhibitors and visitors from 19 to 23 January, every day from 9 am to 6 pm at the EUREXPO exhibition centre in Lyon.
Visitors will be able to enter through the West, North or South doors.
