For this 59th edition, the International Agricultural Show wants more than ever to highlight a sector at the heart of living things, by presenting its everyday players and their professions. A WebApp has even been created for the occasion! You can find games, quizzes, podcasts and other content related to the 2023 theme.

The activities of #SIA2023
The Salon de l'Agriculture offers its visitors 4 universes:

- Products from our regions and the world,
- Agricultural services and trades,
- Crops and plant sectors.
Something for everyone to enjoy and enrich their agricultural culture. For each universe, many demonstrations and activities are organized according to a calendar to be found on the site: a course rich in greed and discoveries!
Another must-see element of the show: Ovalie, the muse cow 2023! This 5-year-old Salers breed cow is a perfect muse with her calm character, mahogany coat, long hair and pinkish muzzle.
The pro meeting not to be missed!
Professional visitors, the International Agricultural Show is setting up a dedicated Village and an International Business Club, located in Pavilion 1: machinery, equipment, service and genetics, ... The opportunity for you to exchange on the agricultural and EGalim news with experts of the sector.

With the suite of food service software Adoria, players in the collective food service industry (school canteens, EHPAD, ...) can monitor key indicators in real time, to ensure their compliance with the regulations of the EGalim law.
